Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures that you get the desired product promptly.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days
